Editorial policy

Sources, dates, corrections, and review limits.

ThynkBored publishes general guidance for Indian founders, MSMEs, directors, and finance owners. This policy explains what the Organization byline is accountable for and what readers still need to verify for their own facts.

Scope and responsibility

ThynkBored owns the selection, wording, source links, recorded dates, limitations, corrections, and maintenance decisions for content published under its Organization byline.

Source precedence

Material legal, form, deadline, threshold, and authority-process claims should prefer operative legislation, rules, notifications, circulars, official forms, instructions, and authority portals. Secondary material may explain context but does not replace conflicting primary material.

Claim and date checks

Source-backed pages identify the source, publisher, access date, and supported claim. Publication, update, review, and source-access dates are separate events; a date is omitted when the corresponding event is not evidenced.

Conflicts and uncertainty

If operative sources conflict, are inaccessible, or do not support a fact-specific conclusion, the page should state the uncertainty, avoid a definitive answer, and direct the reader to verify the current authority position or obtain suitable professional advice.

Review triggers

Relevant law, rule, notification, form, portal instruction, date, threshold, source failure or conflict, reader correction, or material service-scope change can trigger a focused review. ThynkBored does not claim a blanket monthly or quarterly refresh cycle.

Corrections

Email thynkbored@gmail.com with the page URL, the statement at issue, and a source if available. The affected claim, source, date context, limitation, and linked next action are rechecked before a correction is published.

Legacy content

A legacy page without verified editorial dates remains visibly undated and queued for review. Its presence is not evidence of current legal accuracy, recent review, or applicability to a reader's facts.

Content and credential limits

The ThynkBored Organization byline is not an individual credential or proof of CA, CS, accounting, or legal review. Content is educational, does not create an engagement, and does not promise authority acceptance, eligibility, regularisation, filing, tax, or commercial outcomes.

Accountable Organization

ThynkBored is the author and publisher named on its guidance. The responsibility page explains the scope and limits attached to that byline.
